Cell Phone Effects Essay

Do you ever have a question that you don’t know and are desperate to find the answer and have a smart phone? Why don’t you just pull out your short, handy, touch screen device out of your pocket so you could look it up? With this convenience of a smart phone, people’s lives have been made easier but at the same time more complicated. People’s lives are affected positively because smart phones are helpful but also negatively because they can become addicting.
An affection of cellular device on the phone have impacted peoples lives positively because it’s easy to access and they can just slide it out of their pocket in a second. For example, in my high school where cell phones at one time were banned, now they are routinely used in a classroom. Our Spanish class often will use Quizlet to practice conjugating our verbs before a major test. With such APPS as Quizlet and Skyward, students can learn from their mistakes and have ability to study anywhere has improved their learning. In addition, by keeping us busy if we are bored, cell phones beyond just playing games have served important educational uses. For example, you can browse the internet or play a game that you find fun when you are waiting for the doctor to call you into his office and check in on you. Therefore,
Another affection of a cell phone in a negative way is it can distract us too easily from family, friends, and even the road all because we have spent too much time on the addicting app and can’t get it out of our head. For example, if your too busy on Facebook or Twitter and are driving down the road, you could hurt yourself and others around you. So don’t get too drawn in by the fun app or game to that you don’t harm yourselfe or others around you.
Therefore, that desperation to find information on our cell phones, beyond just being stressful at times can also make us more educated and more busy when people are bored, but can also harm yourself or others around you when being addicted to a game and are on the road.
